Q. Where is INKA located?
A. INKA is located in Lake Clifton which is about a 30-minute drive south of Mandurah. However, we do offer a pick-up and drop off service from Piney Lakes Reserve in Winthrop and Baldivis.
Q. How many visitors can stay at a time?
A. INKA has council approval for up to 12 visitors at a time. However, we like to keep our staff ratio high so we usually have between 5-8 visitors in at a time.
Q. How much does a stay at INKA cost?
A. The cost varies depending on the level of support required and is charged per 24 hour period. Our prices cover all costs including food, activities and outings. Please contact us for updated prices.
Q. What sorts of checks do you have on staff?
A. All the staff at INKA are highly qualified and have mandatory up to date Police Clearances and Working with Children Checks.
Q. What activities do you offer?
A. INKA offers a wide range of activities for our visitors including bush walking, feeding and watering the animals, basic horticulture ,attending to the vegetable garden and food preparation and baking. Please see Our Services page for more information.
Q. What animals does INKA have?
A. INKA has a wide range of animals for our visitors to feed and attend to including miniature pigs, a miniature horse, goats, sheep, chicken and alpacas.
Q. Can I visit INKA before my child stays here?
A. Parents, Guardians and Carers are more than welcome to come to INKA for a visit if they are interested in INKA. Our staff will show you around INKA and answer any questions you may have.
Q. What is included in the price at INKA? Are there any extra costs?
A. All costs including meals, activities, outings and transport to and from INKA are included in the price at INKA and there shouldn’t be any extra costs. For a full list of costs included in our price, please see the Our Services page.
